Directions :
Gradually add 2 heaped scoops (50 g.) of Glucomeal into water 1 glass (200 ml.) mix and stir until dissolved, take 1-3 times daily
Recommendation :
For better result, please take 30 minutes before meal or between meals.
To prevent prodiotics destroyed, water temperature should not exceed 45 oC
